Goods exchange - return Conditions


Customers need to check the status of the goods and can exchange / return the goods at the time of delivery / receipt in the following cases:

  • The goods do not match the ordered type, code with purchasing order.

  • The quantity does not match the quantity with purchasing order.

  • The packaging was damaged such as tearing, flaking, breaking…

  • Customers need to provide relevant documents proving the above deficiencies to complete the exchange / return of the goods.
