Goods exchange - return Conditions
Customers need to check the status of the goods and can exchange / return the goods at the time of delivery / receipt in the following cases:

The goods do not match the ordered type, code with purchasing order.

The quantity does not match the quantity with purchasing order.

The packaging was damaged such as tearing, flaking, breaking…

Customers need to provide relevant documents proving the above deficiencies to complete the exchange / return of the goods.
